Established in 2001, Echelon Consultancy and Training Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated consultancy specialising in total facilities and maintenance solutions for the commercial property industry. Prior to the inception of Echelon Consultancy and Training in 2001, it was evident that the Canberra market needed a specialist asset management consultancy. To this end we have developed a suite of specialised services to assist building owners and managers in the day-to-day operation of their facilities.
Our experience, in the area of commercial building and facilities management, gives us a broad range of skills and competencies to professionally deliver the highest standards of quality in our products and services thus ensuring excellent outcomes for our clients.
To coincide with the expansion of our business, we embarked on a journey to become a Quality Assured organisation. Our commitment to providing a quality service for our customers is the focus of our business and Quality Assurance allows Echelon to review the way we conduct and deliver our services. Echelon Consultancy and Training Pty Ltd received Quality Assurance to ISO 9001 in October 2004.
In 2008, Echelon Consultancy and Training identified a need within our suite of services to be able to identify and document HVAC commissioning requirements. After two years extensive training, and the purchase of numerous commissioning instruments, in August 2010, Echelon Consultancy received NEBB certification. This makes Echelon one of only a handful of companies in southern NSW, and the only consultancy firm in the ACT region, to have NEBB certification. The NEBB certification compliments our existing services, in that we will have tighter in-house control over project practical completion inspections, particularly those verifying contractors performance data. Echelon Consultancy and Training can also provide technical advocacy and superintendent works associated with commercial building HVAC commissioning.
